Waterloo gave Warrington a hard game especially in the forwards winning several scrums against the head, fortunately our tackling was up to the task on more than one occasion there were two men in the tackle. Warrington were able to move the ball about freely executing several rehearsed moves a number of which resulted in a try. It was during one on these moves that a Waterloo player out on his own was able to intercept the ball and score a deserved try that was well received by the home team.

A hat trick from Dan Abram and further tries from Sam Roberts, Rob Jones, Ed Clayton, Jack Gray and John Morris.
