Warrington second string are still pushing for cup and league double as they beat a determined Leigh side on Saturday. Warrington prepare for their semi-final against Wigan on Saturday by scoring some fine tries against a massive Leigh team. Rockey scampered over for two tries, while Mullen, Hamblett and Griffiths jnr also scored tries. Leigh scored their points through their huge pack who played a pick and drive game plan all afternoon.

Stalwart of the team Gareth Wheatley said after the game " Our defence won the game for us today. The lads stuck to our game plan of getting the ball out wide and using our pace on the wings, this worked as all of our points were scored by our backs"
