U14 - Warrington 37 - Lymm 7
Whilst waiting for Lymm to get the final elements of the pitch together enabling fans to mingle and greet friends, who should we spy on the sideline but visitors from V.O.L who it is alleged asked the home team if it would be possible to video the match but was told no, I have no idea why Lymm would not want their calls, game plan and some good support play digested over by other clubs. Warrington took the spoils in the local derby on Sunday. On a muddy pitch it was more of a game for the forwards than the backs, and it was forward John Morris who opened the scoring for Warrington. Next on the score sheet was Ben Hockenhull dummying his was over from 25 yards out, other tries soon followed from Ed clayton 2, Ben Hockenhull again, Joe Wilson and Rory Booth. Lymm did manage to get on the scoreboard with a penalty try. On a day when Warrington were not at their best they still managed a comfortable win
